1. על העמוד הזה

Moneyflow FlowSocial הוא כלי תזמון ופרסום תוכן ליועצים פיננסיים. יועץ מחבר את חשבונות הרשתות החברתיות שלו עצמו (עמוד פייסבוק, אינסטגרם עסקי, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp) ומתזמן פוסטים שמתפרסמים אוטומטית לנכסים שלו. עמוד זה מסביר אילו נתונים נשמרים בעת חיבור, ואיך למחוק אותם.

2. אילו נתונים נשמרים כשמחברים ערוץ

  • טוקני גישה (OAuth / מפתחות API) של החשבון שחיברת — מאוחסנים מוצפנים ב-Supabase Vault, נגישים לצד-שרת בלבד, ולעולם אינם נחשפים בממשק או בלוגים.
  • פרטי החשבון המחובר — מזהה (page id / IG id / profile id), שם התצוגה ותמונת הפרופיל — כדי להציג את הערוץ ולפרסם אליו.
  • הפוסטים שיצרת ותזמנת ותוצאות הפרסום (הצליח/נכשל, קישור לפוסט).

איננו משתמשים בנתונים אלה לפרסום ממומן, למיקוד שיווקי או לאימון מודלי AI גנריים.

3. איך מוחקים את הנתונים

3.1 ניתוק ערוץ בתוך המערכת

היכנס ל-FlowSocial ← טאב "ערוצים" ← לחץ על הסרת הערוץ המחובר. הפעולה מנתקת את החשבון מיידית ומפסיקה כל פרסום עתידי ממנו. למחיקה מלאה גם של הטוקן המאוחסן ושל פוסטים שכבר תוזמנו, השתמש/י באפשרות המחיקה באימייל (סעיף 3.3).

3.2 ביטול ההרשאה מצד הפלטפורמה

אפשר לבטל את גישת האפליקציה ישירות מהחשבון שלך:

  • Facebook / Instagram: Settings & privacy ← Settings ← Business Integrations (או Apps and Websites) ← הסר את FlowSocial.
  • X (טוויטר): x.com ← Settings and privacy ← Security and account access ← Apps and sessions ← Connected apps ← הסר את FlowSocial.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy ← Security & permissions ← Manage app permissions ← הסר את FlowSocial.
  • Google Business Profile / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions ← הסר את הגישה (מכסה גם את חיבור YouTube).
  • WhatsApp (Green API): מחק את ה-instance בחשבון שלך ב- console.green-api.com.

3.3 מחיקה מלאה באימייל

למחיקה מלאה של כל הטוקנים והנתונים המשויכים, שלח בקשה ל- support@moneyflow-ai.com מכתובת האימייל של החשבון. אנו משלימים את המחיקה תוך 30 יום ומאשרים לך בחזרה.

4. מחיקת חשבון מלאה

למחיקת חשבון ה-Moneyflow כולו (ולא רק חיבורי הרשתות החברתיות), היכנס להגדרות הפרופיל ← מחיקת חשבון, או פנה ל-support@moneyflow-ai.com. פרטים נוספים ב-מדיניות הפרטיות.

Data Deletion (English)

MoneyFlow FlowSocial is a content-scheduling tool for financial advisors. When you connect your own social account (Facebook Page, Instagram Business, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, or WhatsApp), we store an encrypted access token plus the connected account's id, name and picture, and the posts you schedule. To delete this data you can: (1) open FlowSocial → "Channels" and remove the connected channel — this immediately disconnects the account and stops all publishing (for full erasure of the stored token and any scheduled content, use option 3); (2) revoke the app from the platform itself (Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations; X: Settings → Apps and sessions; TikTok: Security → Manage app permissions; Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions); and/or (3) email support@moneyflow-ai.com from your account email to request full deletion of all stored tokens and associated data, which we complete within 30 days.
